    Replacing the butter & lard in this recipe with olive oil & or canola oil though not as delicious will add years to your life.

    these are great! i think masa tortillas are better though, and instead of making two diffrent taco variations, I just added all the ingredients together + bacon lol turned out really good… the puerco pibil was tasty!

    SOMEONE – PLEASE send this to the Food Network! They need someone doing this type of stuff. They need a show with someone who isn’t an over-the-top DORK! This guy is so relaxed and cool that Women and Men BOTH like to watch him cook. Love how “edgy” the video is done too!

    I agree because Food Network has gotten so boring. It needs someone like this.
