Any basic buttercream recipe will work, I use 4oz of Butter, and 12oz of icing/confections sugar, And perhaps, if ithe buttercream is too stiff, a teaspoon or two of milk

i would try Ebay, my local cake decorating shop doesnt stock them (im from the UK too ) and your chance to find ebays a bit cheaper too
