i’m looking for a cooking school within metro manila,, the one that teaches the everyday filipino delicacies. i’m planning to take it for summer classes. please help me! i really wanna learn how to cook stuff like pakbet and kare kare . T___T

try teh sylvia reynoso gala cooking school or at nora daza, use del monte products and you will find various recipes there.
it doesnt need to enroll in a cooking class just to know the process of cooking kare kare or pakbet, just buy a reputable cookbook like that of nora daza or reggie aspiras, follow the instruction to the letter and presto, good meal is ahead of you.
