Private Culinary Arts Academies can be very expensive, but they are usually fast, with no extra courses required and wonderful equipment. Many community colleges also have Culinary Arts programs. They are usually fairly inexpensive, but they are also degree programs that require 2 years of education including almost half of it general education.
So the range can be huge, check around and realize what exactly you need to look into.
