this is Bakers College in Muskegon Michigan, and I wondered if anyone has gone thru the Baking and pastry certificate program there.
If so, what was the cost, how long was the program, and was the housing ok? Thanks.

I’m looking into several culinary schools at the moment. Baltimore International College seems like a great fit for me but I’ve gotten mixed reviews. Has anyone attended there?

Has Anyone Attended Or Know Anyone Attended The “kitchen Academy” In Hollywood, Ca? If So, How’s The School?

Kitchen Academy is like a “crash course” compare to the regular Culinary Programs(usually is super $$$$ and takes up to 18 months); it takes 30 weeks to finish and the price is fraction of the price compare to “Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena”. But does anyone know how its(Kitchen Academy) reputation considering it just had its 1st graduating class this February? As far as I know, the main thing Kitchen Academy is trying to do is to cut down the “GE courses” and get right into “hands-on” cooking skills/techniques but sometimes all other aspects are important as well. So besides what I know already above, can someone please let me know anything more about this school? THANKS A MILLION!
