Yesterday on his show Regis mentioned an event he went to which was catered by chefs from a certain culinary school. I think the word “French” is part of the name and he said that the program these people complete is only 6 months long.
Can anyone tell me first what the name of this school is and anything about this program. I am very busy but am dying to receive some culinary training. 6 months would be perfect for me.
