I don’t really have any volunteer exp but about a school years worth of exp working in a commercial kitchen like mcdonalds would have, waiter exp, safety and other training that are needed to work at mcdonalds and has certifications on things that you would need to take in order to work at mcdonalds.

I’am a three time Job Corps graduate. I completed two basic culinary centers and completed an advanced baking and pastry center. I’ve worked at one restaurant as a prep cook.

im intrested in going to a culinary school once i graduate high school and i was wondering how much culinary schools care about your SAT score. i mean im sure its important but is it as important as other colleges, knowing that some colleges have minimum SAT score requirments or they wont even look at you application.

Typing top culinary degrees or the like into a search does not give any information on rankings or what schools give out the best degree. I am interested in restaurant/hospitality management and am looking for the best option around PA.

I want to get into a culinary school, but I don’t honestly know what to look for. Should it be accredited or not? What’s a reasonable tuition? I’m just looking for something affordable, because I don’t make much money in my current field. Plus my community college is 25 miles away and you know what the cost of gas is!
