Culinary School in Sacramento

Hello, now, my boyfriend and I have never gone to culinary school, but LOVE food and LOVE to cook. In fact, we sit and watch the Food Network all the time together..anyhoot..we were trying to think of a website to build, but didn’t know what, until we were watching The F Word..FOOD! Him and I also love to go out and try new things, and we always ALWAYS comment on the taste, texture, look of the restaurant, location…whatever. So, do you think this is doable? I think it would be fun, and something we are very much interested in. How to start? We would probably want to incorporate video or picture onto the site as well. Of course, we want to also make money…so how do we do that also? Thanks!!
