Which first… Culinary school in America or International Business in Rome?

I want to study at the American University of Rome, but I also want to study at the Culinary Institute of America. Instead of choosing one bachelor’s degree to pursue, I’ve decided to pursue associates at each of them (International Buisness at one, and culinary arts at the other). My question is which is wiser to do first; Italy or America? I’m afraid I’m going to fall in love with which ever I choose first and not want to leave to pursue the other!
hey sim… I changed my preferences to allow other users to email.. so give me an email… but ya I know key club because we have one at my school and I know it gets you involved a ton of good service activities in the community.
