I live in Vegas proper and am a finance person by trade but in today’s hard times I want to branch out and get into cooking and food, which is my real passion. Any job capacity will do, just would like to be in events and/or catering. I am a pretty good cook but have not been to culinary school (can’t afford that right now anyhow.)
