I’m planning on being a chef after college. I’m going to major in business, and then i plan on getting vocational training to be a chef. Any good schools?

HVAC or Auto Tech-help, I applied to a vocational highschool?

I applied to a nice vocational high school,I am going to 10th grade, in Sept.
I wanted culinary arts, but there is like 1 opening, and I doubt I will get it.
Only one i HVAC too, but defiantly some for Auto Tech-they told me it’s cos there’s more book work than other shops.
I don’t care, I just want to know what you guys/girls think.

next year i’m looking to go to a vocational high school for culinary — my parents don’t want to live in connecticut any more so they’ll consider anywhere in the US

so i am a vegetarian and dont eat any meat or fish. eggs i do though. i really want to go the culinary vocational school where i go to school for half the day then go to the voc school for the other half cause i wanna be chef when i get older.
but since i am a vegetarian i would probably have to cook and taste meat which i do not do. has anyone ever heard of an “exception” or if some schools have special classes?
thanks and please please PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont try and make me un-vegetarian. it is so annoying and it wont change my mind so DONT waste your time.
no i mean i am a vegetarian going to the half school half vocational school, and they teach you how to cook and learn how to become a chef and thanks to some of the answers
